Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RP Dev Hub website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by RP Dev Hub, LLC(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including (without limitation): attempting to access other users’ data, interfering with the Service’s operation, or violating applicable laws or third-party terms (e.g., FiveM, QBCore/ESX frameworks, or game publisher policies). See our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of code, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. You’re responsible for having the rights necessary to upload and use such content.

5. Generated Code & Guidance

Code, analyses, and recommendations generated by the Service are provided “as is” without warranty. You are responsible for testing, securing, and deploying any outputs in your environment. We are not responsible for damages arising from use of generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service (including the “Universal Bridge™” and other features), our trademarks, and our content are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law or these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., GitHub, Google, Supabase). Your use of those tools is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features may be paid. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms (if any) will be disclosed at checkout. We may change prices with notice. Taxes may apply.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Upon termination, certain sections (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability) continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice (e.g., on this page or via email). Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
